A Search engine is a software base
engine. It is designed to search for users’ entries and queries. It performs
web search which means to search the World Wide Web - (WWW) for specific query
in the search engines’ bar. It provides you relevant information after deep
analysis of the web. There are numerous Algorithms designed to make this
happen. Now we look at how search engines exactly work. Basically search engine
robots scan all the content present at search engines. They are also known as
Crawlers/spiders. They are always searching for new content. Content can be in
the shapes of images, text, audio, webpage and pdf. It is found by unique
resource locator. I want to share a piece of information. The Internet itself
is a different thing. And the search engine is a different platform. Whatever
piece of information is on the internet, it is saved on the search engine
database. Crawlers search new content and they store data into the index.
Search engines increase content ranking when users search for relevant content.
This is the way search engines are changing the rankings. It knows that it is a
problem solver content for huge numbers of users.
